During the beta period, paid plan access is handled by email to keep things personal. We'll notify you when automated payment is available.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. One user account with full core functionality, no time limit, no credit card required. This is not a trial.

How do I get the paid plan?

Send us an email using the contact page or at contact@countersign.app. We'll reply with payment details and activate your account manually. It's that simple during the beta phase.

What does "immutable" mean for my terms?

Once a version is published, it cannot be edited or deleted. It gets a SHA-256 cryptographic hash and a timestamp, creating an auditable record. You can publish new versions, but old ones remain permanently accessible.

Is my data safe?

CounterSign runs on Cloudflare Workers with Turso (SQLite) for storage. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. No tracking, no ads, no third-party data sharing.

What happens when beta ends?

Free accounts remain free. Paid plan pricing will stay at or close to the beta price. We'll give ample notice before any pricing changes.
